PROMPT Physical Therapy has now filled a current opportunity in the position for an administrative assistant. PROMPT is a private practice that has been serving the people of Knoxville and the surrounding area since 2000. The duties of the role include managing scheduling for four clinicians, insurance coverage, and documentation. Furthermore, they are the communication for the clinic to our referral sources. The administrative assistant is the first face and voice of the clinic, so a desire for helping others and for pursuing excellence is vital.
